Shaffer Elementary School needed quite a bit of retrofitted work. The tilt up concrete structure needed more windows and a brand new roof with support structures to bear the new load. Extensive concrete sawing reveals added window spaces. Electrical improvements of upgraded wiring and access also improve the schools ability to acquire new computerized writing boards and projection screens.

McSwain middle school is constructed directly across from the district offices out in the country area of Merced. While the building complex is designed with an abundance of detached buildings that have large overhang protection from the elements. The core is composed of an easily accessible quadrangle with ample lighting as is the spacious parking lot for teachers.

Turlock Fire Station #1 is under construction at Marshall and Minaret Avenues in Turlock California. This 3.1 million dollar project consists of 10,127 square feet and is intended to replace the old station which is seen in the background of several photos.
